What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 24 hours of delivery for domestic orders.
Returned items must have not been worn, altered, or washed.
All swimwear, jewelry, hair accessories, hats and bodysuits are FINAL SALE!
ALL GARMENT TAGS MUST BE INTACT!
Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size or color only. Exchanges are not available for international orders.
NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable
We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.
How do I return an item?
Email email@example.com for a return code or text on WhatsApp on 0903 566 4487 . Without a return code, we might not be able to process your return. Items must be sent back to provided address within 24 hours of receiving the return code.
Follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form included in your package. Securely pack and seal the items and include the completed return/exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send back to us using an insured service to the address provided.
NOTE: We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not deliver or ship ourselves.
Can I return a sale item?
All SALE items are FINAL SALE. Return or exchange request on sale items will not be accepted.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
We track the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your CHICNICITY account.
