What is your delivery/shipping policy?
Orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday West Africa Standard Time (GMT + 1) will be processed within 24-48 hrs pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm will begin processing the following business day (This excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays). We do not offer Saturday delivery. We use USPS for all orders.
Once we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify CHICNICITY’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The CHICNICITY Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
CHICNICITY may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it; pricing errors; credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
CHICNICITY may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order.
If CHICNICITY cancels an order after you have already been billed, CHICNICITY will refund the billed amount.
Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond CHICNICITY's control once it leaves our facilities, CHICNICITY cannot be held liable for late or lost deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
If you decide to refuse any delivery/shipments from chicnicity.com, you are responsible for the original delivery/shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to chicnicity.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
